This blog post will be about me; Hannah Difolco’s experience at the ２０１８ STEP BONE CUT General meeting.

STEP BONE CUT General meeting is held every year in Japan.

This is a chance for all master stylists from the world to gather together and remember their past year and learn the mission for the new year.

Last year in 2017, our mission was REBORN; a chance to allow a haircut to become a spiritual journey to finding your true self.

2017 was also the year I joined STEP BONE CUT BROOKLYN, and was the year that this company gave me the opportunity to be reborn into a new and creative artist. Our mission was a success for me, and many people!

This year, our mission is ART-un A.I- art creation. In 10 years from now, technology will take about 50% of peoples jobs away; even the hair dressers.

But, one thing technology lacks is a soul; a place where passions derives from and brings creativity to life.

STEP BONE CUT is new technology; it is A.I. But the creativity is in the hands of the artists, the STEP BONE CUT Masters.

With the training and knowledge of SBC A.I and the hands and hearts of our creators, our careers will always service people from around the world.

We will change the industry day by day with this concept in mind.

STEP BONE CUT, PUT ON BAGIC, SBCP, ACADEMY

Meeting the members of STEP BONE CUT Family in Japan had been my dream since taking my first class in June of 2016.

This year, my dream came true. Even though I may not speak much Japanese and many may not speak english, our mission gives us the opportunity to connect a level much deeper than only words. We are connected through our souls. Our passion allows us to be heard in a way that words may never be enough for.

STEP BONE CUT General meeting gave me a new feeling of passion and courage to keep fighting for the future. two years ago, my dream was to be apart of the STEP BONE CUT family in Japan. My new dream is create a family as big,passionate and creative as our Family in Japan. Then one day, we can all come together and spread our message through the whole world of hairdressers and people alike.

To my family in Japan and my future family in the United States, i am looking forward to sharing the future with you!

STEP BONE CUT BROOKLYN

このブログ記事は２０１８年のSTEP BONE CUT総会での私、ハンナ・ディフォルコの経験です。

STEP BONE CUT ACADEMYでは毎年総会が開催されています。これは、世界中からSTEP BONE CUT を取得したスタイリストが集まり、過去１年間を振り返り、そして新しい年の方針を決める大切な会です。

昨年、2017年の私たちのテーマはREBORNでした。本来あなたが持つ魅力をもう一度見つめ直す。 2017年は私がSTEP BONE CUT BROOKLYNに加わった年であり、私が創造的なアーティストに生まれ変わる機会を与えてくれた１年でした。このテーマは私にとって、そして多くのスタイリストにとってもまた一つ成長させてくれたテーマでした。

そして今年。2018年の私たちのテーマは、【ART-un A.I】

私たちの生活にAIは身近なものになりました。今から10年後には、AIは人々の仕事の約50％を奪うとも言われています。それはもしかすると美容師という職業まで。。しかし、私たちが人間がAIよりも勝っているものもあります。それはARTです。情熱。人生に創造性をもたらすもの。

STEP BONE CUTは全く新しい技術です。この技術は私たち美容師をただの髪切り屋ではなく、クリエイターにしてくれる確かな理論と創造性があります。私たちSBCクリエイターの手と心で、私たちは世界中の人々を幸せにする義務があります。私たちは、このテーマをもって、日々新しい価値観を美容業界にもたらすことでしょう。

私にとって日本のSTEP BONE CUTを学ぶみなさんと会うことは、2016年6月に初めてSTEP BONE CUT ACADEMYを受講してからの私の夢でした。今年はその私の夢が実現しました。私は日本語をあまり話せません。日本で学ぶスタイリストさんの中にも英語を話せない人もいることでしょう。しかし　【ART-un A.I】　このテーマは、言葉が通じなくても、もっと深いところで繋がる機会を与えてくれます。世界中で学ぶ私たち、STEP BONE CUT FAMILYは、魂で繋がっています。私たちの情熱は、言葉の壁を超えます。

STEP BONE CUT総会では、未来のために戦い続ける情熱と勇気を私に与えてくれました。

2年前、私の夢は日本のSTEP BONE CUT FAMILYとは別物でした。しかし今、私の新しい夢は、日本と同じくらい、アメリカでたくさんのスタイリストの方たちと情熱的で創造的なSTEP BONE CUT FAMILYを作り出すことです。

私は日本のSTEP BONE CUT FAMILYとアメリカの将来のSTEP BONE CUT FAMILYで、未来を分かち合うことを楽しみにしています！
